Holy crap, kiddos! I can't believe I haven't posted this one yet!
This is a piece that I did in probably one night. Some of my best ones come out that way. Large pieces of crap come out that way too, now that I think about it. I gave it away on New Years Eve to Marc Rubin a gallery owner on Halsted. He is a cool guy, if you're ever down that way check him out. My painting & his share they same "Look at me! Look at me!" quality.
It's a little hard to read, it's called "You are under glass." You can see my foot in the picture & some of Marc's art in the background. My piece was done on mirror with latex paint, cray-pas, oil paint & sharpie.

God help us this is gruesome.

Please, help. They're serious about this. You might need to be too.
Check this out. Scary, scary, scary. It's about how we're possibly losing our rights to our own art. So... this cartoon could be free to everyone soon.

My buddy, Koz
This is a promo for a internet show that is supposed to be coming out this fall. You know how these things are: tenative, always tenative. But the shorts turned out really well. There are 4 or 5 others, including mine, up at Revver if you want to check them out. Search "Covenant Coffee."
Please, help. A real tragedy close to home.

A very subtle joke.
This is priceless. Listen to the the women talk about "trying to get pregnant." Now, when you hear that replace that phrase with a common euphemism we call, "having sex." Or "f-ing." Whichever.
It's also funny to watch normal people behave in front of groups of people & cameras. They're just not used to it, you know? Being watched.

Wilfing
So I got on the internet, checked out my blog, sent a few emails, watched a dog video & completely forgot why I had gotten on the internet. So I typed "What was I looking for" into the Googles. This came up:
You were checking your personal emails at office, then saw a funny video on Youtube, then reached an interesting blog from the Youtube comments, subscribed to that blog, then discovered some unread items in your newsreader, then decided to save some of those posts to your delicious bookmarks, then saw a new Firefox extension to manage your email.... and the loop continues.
That's the never ending world of internet. Now a report says that two out of three Internet users in UK lose significant portions of their time to irrelevant web browsing.
They have coined a new term - "wilfing," short for "What Was I Looking For?" and the workers who spend hours in aimless browsing are called Wilfers.
And Men are found to be bigger wilfers than woman.
It may take lot of will power to quit this habit of wilfing. According to BBC, hardcore Wilfers are offered drug therapy, acupuncture and mild electric shock treatment in China.

The Doorway.
I think this one's great. Inspired by SciFi Channel's Lost Room series. I just now found that link. Didn't realize that you can watch episodes online. The acting is very SciFi-Channelish, so take that for what it's worth. But the concept of the show is super fascinating.
