Rude Awakening

This one was also done for a travel magazine. Unfortunately, they have rejected it.

Please, help us remember not to fire the guns in the spacecraft.

Fights are stupid. Especially if you care about the person you're fighting with. Because at the end even if turns out you were right you still have to deal with the repercussions of them being wrong. Or the things that you did in the meanwhile which may have drastic results later. Sure, the volleys may have only peppered the hull with micro-abrasions but the divots will be where the stress fractures form when we go for re-entry.

Please, help. My purpose is so singular.

The time lag that exists between Elphia and everywhere else is kind of amazing. For instance while color hit the world in the late 1950s (a decade or so later is some places) it still hasn't arrived in the Kingdom and won't for at least another six months. How do I know so much? Peek-throughs, my daft little citizen. We had our bravest soul journeyed out into space where he could observe XTR-9, a planet lightyears from here that is riddled with peek-throughs. They say it comes to every planet. And now I know Elphia will be no exception. We'll get through this together, citizen.

Spacecat T-shirt

"as the port doors opened, KTTY was immediately mobbed by adoring son-flowers...

a snarled curled over her fangs, these flower would have to pay."

I designed this to be an adorable girl's shirt. I mean that apostrophe. I made it for an adorable girl. But other people can wear it to if they want: by going here .

Please, help... the end of the road.

I graduated at the top of my class in high school. Does anybody give a flying f**k? Likewise, right now I'm the best employee at my job & I only care because it gives me some nice perks. But is it going to matter once I leave that place? Aren't we all just graduating from one college to the next, to the next. We get to the highest level and then have to start over on the lowest as we progress. Even if we become the ruling force on this planet, we're still stuck on a tiny little planet in the vast sea of space.

Please, help. There's no place to plug this thing in.

It was Kermit the Frog, actually. & he's right. We're so used to just doing what is the most convenient for us that now that we're being told that we need to thing about what & how we're consuming it's like, "Phew, all these options & choices. It's way more expensive because we aren't really used to doing it yet. We don't have many automated machines to make bio-degradable bags so we have to pay an arm & a leg or keep heating up the planet with our petroleum emissions. " I don't have a good solution. Nor do I wish that I lived in the '50s when Americans were encouraged to drive gas guzzlers (and awful ones in those days) from sea to shining sea. I'm just pointing out the fact that the struggle exists. Don't look to me for answers; I draw funny pictures.
